The 6,000-square-foot facility contains 2,000 square feet of current indoor canopy, with two dedicated flower rooms supporting 80 HID flower fixtures and an additional 20 LED vegetative lighting systems.
Purpose-Built Indoor Production
The facility incorporates dedicated flower, mother/vegetative, cloning, drying, processing/packaging, office and supporting production areas.
Cultivation infrastructure includes multi-level LED vegetative racks, cloning equipment, automated irrigation, two dedicated 500-gallon reservoirs serving the individual flower rooms, plus a 1,000-gallon water-intake holding tank supplying the facility. Water and electricity are supplied by Tacoma Public Utilities. Seller reports that municipal water quality permits cultivation use directly from the tap without additional filtration and that the facility has experienced very few power interruptions during approximately a decade of operation.

Recent September 2026 laboratory testing provides additional evidence of current production characteristics. Four tested flower lots reported total terpene concentrations ranging from 2.4% to 3.3%.
Wedding Cake tested at 24% total THC, 28% total cannabinoids and 3.3% total terpenes, while Crumpets tested at 23% total THC, 28% total cannabinoids and 2.9% total terpenes.
Dole Whip tested at 19% total THC and 2.8% total terpenes, while M.A.C. tested at 17% total THC and 2.4% total terpenes.
